I jeans realizzati in tessuto cimosato, CONE DENIM fabric manufactured by the WHITE OAK PLANT Greensboro NC-usa esprimono il loro carattere vintage già dalla loro realizzazione. Il nostro denim infatti viene tessuto su telai 31” fly shuttle looms degli inizi del 900. I nostri cotoni e le nostre lane sono tratte dai nostri archivi storici che risalgono al 1964 e sono costantemente rivisitati per dare vita ad un progetto attuale ma di spessore storico. Tutte le fodere dei nostri pantaloni sono realizzate in tessuti damascati vintage per tappezzerie originali degli anni “70 e i capi sono cuciti su macchine SINGER risalenti agli anni ”60.
Le cuciture più importanti infine vengono realizzate a mano “hand made” da maestri tappezzieri che utilizzano un cordoncino usato per cucire i divani in cuoio. I trattamenti ed i lavaggi all’avanguardia rendono i nostri prodotti unici nel loro genere. Ogni pantalone è numerato e può essere personalizzato dall’acquirente attraverso delle cifre per renderlo ancora più esclusivo.

PLATINUM is SHAFT JEANS historical/cult line, designed with a small number of exclusive clients in mind totally MADE IN ITALY. Made of CONE DENIM fabric manufactured at the WHITE OAK PLANT Greensboro NC-USA, these jeans show their vintage roots right from the start. Our denim is wowen on 31” fly shuttle loom dating back to the beginning of the 1900s. The cotton and wools come from our own archives, which date back to 1964 and which we constantly use, in order to create modern clothing with strong historical roots. All of the linings for our pants are made out of original vintage damask fabrics from the 1970s and are sewn on Singer sewing machines from the “60s. The stitching details are hand sewn by master upholsterers who use thread used for leather couches. The fashion-foward treatments and distressing make our products unique. Each pair of pants is part of a numbered, limited edition and can be personalized with monogramming in order to make it even more exclusive.
